Data collection
This module uses all of Indicia’s complex data collection know-how (heterogeneous data, international environment, high volumes, multiple units, etc.) to facilitate the launch and tracking of data collection campaigns, simplify on site data collection or mass data import, and to insure the traceability of data.
Standard functionalities:
- 3 methods of data collection: manual capture from customized web forms originating at any organizational level, mass data import from existing files, interface with existing information systems
- Independent management of different, simultaneous collection campaigns (based on annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly intervals)
- Visualization of previous data captures
- Visualization of indicators calculated on capture screens (by data collectors)
- Data consistency audit during capture or import of data (Min/Max, variance, etc.)
- Documentation of captures and data origin
- Management of private / confidential collection campaigns (implementation of a specific permission)
- Adding comments during data capture and when attaching files
- Access to capture help tools (indicator definition, user guide, etc.)
- Manual / automatic follow-up with contributors
- Data publishing / removal management
- Automatic management of alerts and follow-ups
- Coverage zone tracking by indicator
